Server access – Privacy details

When you enable server access, Nimway can read the following data from your employers server:

Appointment details (subject, location and time)

Nimway does not collect data of any appointments set as Private.

Nimway can only read calendar data of an account from your employer’s backend/server if both of the following conditions are met:

1. You have enabled this feature via the Nimway application.
2. Nimway is authorised by your employer to read employee details (subject, location and time) from the backend/server.

You can freely and at any time give, refuse or revoke your consent. No one (including IT administrators) can ever consent for you. Access granting and revoking is done in the Nimway settings.

IT administrators can revoke the authorisation to read employee appointment details at any time.

We will handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy that can be accessed in the About box of the relevant mobile application, and in the Settings menu of web applications.
